Testimonials
I am writing this letter as a testimony and endorsement of the lawyers and staff at the Leichter Law Firm. I have a done business with the Leichter Law Firm since 2005. During that time, I have found Mr. Louis Leichter to be very professional and knowledgeable. He takes both the interest and needs of his clients to hear and exhibits great zeal in their service. He is also able to communicate to his clients in primary colors and simple terms but still display his proficiency in the field of medical jurisprudence.
Several years ago my medical career was at a standstill and in “limbo”. He was able to obtain an agreement with the medical board on my behalf. This gave me the opportunity to get back on track and resume my lifelong dream of practicing medicine. Mr. Leichter has both a personal and humanistic approach to the cases he defends. Thus being said, I am very grateful for his services. It is with pleasure that I offer this testimonial statement.
Thank you.

Louis,
I just wanted to let you know that yesterday Amy received permission from the BON to test and a test date to sit for the NCLEX. She is very relieved to have this behind her and so am I. Also, I wanted to say thank you for getting this done so quickly. I felt like I took a huge chance when I contacted you, as I didn’t know anything about you or your business except what I read on your website. It turned out to be one of the best calls I’ve made. So again, thanks for your expertise.

To whom it may concern:
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter in support of my attorney and friend, Louis Leichter. I have known Louis to he an outstanding lawyer and a tireless advocate for his clients. It is rare to find an individual who truly believes in what he does and devotes such energy to his work.
I happened upon Louis Leichter some four years ago by a random internet search. When I first met with him, I was at a crossroads with respect to my career and my personal life. Louis assisted me in retaining my most valuable possession, my ability to practice medicine. His vast experience in dealing with the Texas Medical Board and his interactions with the members of the Board were a comfort to me. As a client, I had absolute confidence in his abilities.
But Louis actually took our relationship to what I consider to be a much higher level. As we got to know each other, Louis transcended the attorney-client bond and I came to see him as a true friend. He would frequently contact me just to ask me how I was doing with my recovery. I am sure that Louis Leichter is one of the main reasons that I am able to provide quality medical services to my patients today. He took a personal interest in me and for that I am eternally grateful. I am available at any time to address any questions with respect to Louis Leichter as an attorney or as a person. I hold him in the highest regard.

Dear Louis,
Enclosed please find check for your services. Once again you have come through. I appreciate the attention you have given this matter and am grateful for the outcome. It has truly been a pleasure dealing with you. While I sincerely hope I never have another need for your professional skills, rest assured that if such a circumstance arises, I will seek your assistance. Furthermore, I will highly recommend you to others that may benefit from your service.
I sincerely appreciate the discount you have given. The gesture means more to me than the dollars you have saved for me. Henry David Thoreau wrote, “The cost of a thing is the amount of what I will call life, which is required to he exchanged for it, immediately or in the long run.” This is the perspective from which I view your gesture. I do not want to sound overly sentimental, but I am grateful that I have had a chance to meet you and I appreciate your sincere concern regarding my sobriety. Speaking of my sobriety, you will be glad to hear that on December 6th I celebrated 18 months of continuous sobriety. I would enjoy it if were able to keep in touch from time to time. I intend on running the half marathon in Austin on February 15th and I would like to invite you and your wife to lunch or dinner on Saturday 14th. I hope you will be available and I look forward to meeting your wife.
Sincerely yours,
J.D.

Dear Attorney Leichter & Attorney Lype,
I want to thank yon both for the outcome of my case earlier this year. You have given me the opportunity to practice what I love best, real estate. As this year ends and we reflect on 2009, I hope you are as thankful and satisfied as I am. Happy Holidays!

To Whom It May Concern:
I am a general dentist licensed to practice in the State of Texas and would like to share my views regarding the Leichter Law Firm. I hired Louis Leichter and Robert Simpson of the Leichter Law Firm to represent me regarding issues with my controlled substances registrations issued by both the Department of Public Safety and the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration. I had looked at length for an attorney who understood the dynamics and relationship between the DEA, DPS, the Dental Board, Medicare and Medicaid and insurance companies with whom I contracted. I was relieved when I found the Leichter Law Finn. Not only did they understand the dynamic, but they personally knew who to call and already had a good working relationship with all of the regulatory officials and attorneys who were involved in my case.
My DPS registration was revoked without a hearing. Mr. Leichter immediately appealed this decision and a hearing date was set. The Leichter Law Finn filed necessary pleadings, raising the Constitutional issues involved and began negotiating on my behalf. Within one-month my controlled substances registration was reinstated by the DPS. The DEA followed the DPS reinstatement, my dental license has not been restricted by the Dental Board, and all insurance companies, including Medicare and Medicaid, have left me alone.
What could have ruined my career as a dentist has thankfully been resolved, due to. the hard work and experience of Mr. Leichter and Mr. Simpson. I am truly grateful to. them and would recommend them to anyone facing a licensing or regulatory matter.
Sincerely,
R.S., DDS
