Law license of Columbus lawyer suspended for “hypnotizing” clients

A lawyer in Sheffield, Ohio recently had his law license suspended for allegedly hypnotizing several female clients, an article on wkyc.com reported  November 25.

Reports show Michael Fine’s law license was suspended by the Ohio Supreme Court on November 24. Fine was accused of soliciting sexual activity from two of his female clients by hypnotizing them. As part of his suspension, Fine must undergo treatment. The Ohio Supreme Court ordered him to immediately settle all his pending cases and to reimburse all advanced fees paid to him by his clients.
