The Texas Medical Board is investigating a doctor from Seminole after members of his own staff filed complaints about his behavior.
According to the doctor’s records, he was publicly reprimanded and put on probation in 2000 for unprofessional conduct such as using lewd, profane, and sexual language when addressing patients and staff members. His probation ended in 2005.
He was also punished for not responding properly to disciplinary actions and for failing to practice medicine consistent with public health and welfare. In 2002, he was ordered to take a psychological exam and professional coaching course. The doctor has worked at Seminole Memorial Hospital for the past 18 years.
