The Texas Medical Board has set additional hearings for two abortionists after a formal complaint was filed by a pro-life advocacy group.
An undercover investigation by the pro-life organization found a total of ten doctors who allegedly attempted to avoid parental consent laws and failed to report child sexual abuse. The organization conducted the investigation over three months and indiscriminately chose abortion clinics to investigate. Two clinics and disposal companies have received $83,000 in fines for the illegal disposal of fetus remains due to complaints filed by the group.
The two abortion doctors’ hearings are scheduled for May. They are accused of convincing women to cross state lines to bypass Texas parental consent laws and illegally disposing the aborted remains.
