E. G. Morris has over 38 years of experience including numerous jury trials in state and federal court. His experience includes a broad range of criminal matters relating to heath care practitioners including, state and federal accusations of fraudulent Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation and private insurance billing, illegal kickbacks, non-therapeutic prescribing and dispensing, taxation offenses, and money laundering. He has represented physicians, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, physical therapist, and other health care professionals facing criminal investigations or charges. In addition to health care related matters, Mr. Morris has experience in a broad range of other types of criminal matters, including accusations of sexual misconduct, intoxication offenses, domestic violence matters, an accusations relating to serious injury or death.
